The next meeting of the Excelsior Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in the Club Room. The agenda will be posted in the resident mailroom and community elevators a minimum of four days prior to the meeting.

Recently, we have noticed that the doors leading to the elevator lobbies in the garage have been propped open with trash receptacles. Please be advised that these doors are meant to remain in the closed position for fire and life safety. Feel free to contact management with any questions and we thank you for your attention to this matter.

The Board of Directors recently approved a change in the validation procedure for Excelsior providing an added convenience to residents. In addition to electronic validations through the eVal system, Excelsior residents will be provided an allotment of ten (10) paper ticket validations to minimize some of the inconvenience of having to obtain a manual validation at the parking office after the Lobby Ambassadors and Concierge are closed for the evening.
The total allotment of validations remains at twenty (20) per unit per month however it will be split among ten (10) electronic and ten (10) paper validations. We kindly ask that you use electronic validations whenever possible and use the paper validations after hours.
Paper validations are available now for the month of May. To obtain your validation tickets, please request from the Excelsior Lobby Ambassadors – Armine, JC, Jennifer or Boris.
